How should I use and care for my mat?

What should I use under the mat?
We highly recommend using the included non slip pad under the mat on the floor with nothing else in between to protect from uneven floors.
How do I prolong the care of my mat?
We have one of the most
mold and mildew resistant products on the market. But with prolonged saturation there is every chance that mold could unfortunately show up. To keep it at bay use our premium cleaning kit to buff out natural wear and soap and water to refresh your mat.
